  • Estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • A deposit may be required prior to commencement of work.

  • Full payment terms will be stated in the project agreement and must be honored to avoid delays or penalties.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges and service delays.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project information and specifications

  • Ensuring access to work areas and appropriate permits if necessary

  • Approving proofs and final designs before production

Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines and may result in additional costs.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All original designs, mockups, and concepts provided by Zepp Creative remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.

  • Final approved and paid-for deliverables will be transferred to the client with appropriate usage rights, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • You may not reproduce, resell, or modify any content from our website or materials without written permission.

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • Zepp Creative strives to deliver high-quality work using durable materials. Specific product warranties (e.g., wrap film or glazing components) may apply and will be detailed in your agreement.
